Parenting a child with special needs can be both rewarding and challenging. It's a journey that often requires extra patience, understanding, and support. Many parents find themselves facing feelings of anger and frustration as they navigate the complex world of raising a child with unique needs.

At Angry Autism Mom, we are dedicated to empowering parents of special needs children to overcome these difficult emotions and become the best caregivers possible. Our website offers self-help books specifically designed to help parents manage their anger and frustration, allowing them to focus on providing love and support to their children. One of the most inspiring aspects of our platform is the daily blog where we share success stories from parents who have overcome their struggles and found greater happiness and fulfillment in their journey. These stories provide hope and encouragement to others facing similar challenges, showing that it is possible to thrive as a parent of a special needs child. In addition to our online resources, we also host a biweekly support group for parents in the Mid-City area of New Orleans, Louisiana. This group provides a safe space for parents to connect, share their experiences, and learn from one another. We are excited to announce that we have plans to expand our services to offer counseling sessions and relaxing spa days for parents, further supporting their emotional well-being. To fund our programs, we hold an annual Spring formal fundraiser known as the Bunny Ball. This event allows us to raise money to continue providing valuable resources and support to parents of special needs children. Additionally, we sell merchandise on our website, with all proceeds going towards our mission of empowering parents and caregivers in our community. If you are a parent or caregiver of a child with special needs, we invite you to join our community at Angry Autism Mom. Together, we can navigate the ups and downs of parenting with strength, resilience, and love.
