Our Founder
Adia Lundy is a dynamic professional with a rich tapestry of experiences spanning fashion design, media arts, healthcare administration, marketing, and public relations. Born in formerly West Frankfort, Germany, in 1981, to an Army sergeant mother and college professor father, Adia's upbringing was marked by a blend of cultures and experiences. After initially residing in Germany, she later moved to the United States to live with her grandparents before settling in New Orleans, Louisiana, where she was raised.

Adia's academic journey began at Savannah College of Art and Design, where she studied Fashion Design and minored in Costume Design. Her passion for the arts led her to become the Lead Design Assistant for the Theatre department's head costumer, Dawn Testa. However, her path took a new direction after the birth of her first child in 2003, leading her to transfer to Tulane University to pursue a major in Media Arts and Communications.

During her time at Tulane, Adia embarked on entrepreneurial endeavors, founding Massè Media Consulting in 2007, a boutique marketing and public relations company. This venture marked the beginning of her foray into the world of media and communication, which expanded further with the creation of Zwei Magazine in 2010, an international publication showcasing indie artists across genres.

Transitioning to the retail sector, Adia managed her own inline store, Massè Media Shoppe, from 2011 to 2014, hosting monthly live music events and offering a curated selection of clothing, accessories, and Zwei Magazine. In 2015, she relocated to Dallas, where her career path shifted towards healthcare administration, gaining valuable experience in roles such as Short Term Disability Claims Manager and Benefit Coding Analyst.

Throughout her professional journey, Adia remained engaged in marketing and public relations as a freelancer, eventually seizing the opportunity to return to these fields full-time in 2023. Briefly serving as the Director of Marketing and Strategic Planning for The Black Domestic Violence Collective, I Am ProSe, and Precious Jewels, three nonprofit organizations, Adia is dedicated to utilizing her expertise to drive impactful initiatives.

In addition to her professional achievements, Adia served as the lead host of "The Quad," a podcast featured on iHeartRadio, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts from 2017 to 2019. Moreover, during the Covid-19 pandemic, she leveraged her creativity and passion for design to launch Non Standard Voyage, a clothing line offering handmade swimwear, travel wear, travel bags, and accessories.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Adia is a devoted single mother of three, two of whom have special needs. Drawing from her personal experiences, she founded "After the Anger," a nonprofit organization aimed at supporting parents of children with special needs by addressing their emotional challenges. With a vision for nationwide or even international reach, Adia is committed to making a difference in the lives of families facing similar circumstances.

At 42, Adia feels she has found her true calling and is enthusiastic about the opportunities that lie ahead. With a blend of creativity, empathy, and determination, she continues to make a meaningful impact in both her professional and personal spheres.
