RELAX & WELLNESS EDITION 🌿
Angry Autism Mom | First Event of 2026
We’re kicking off 2026 by pouring into YOU. Join us in person for a calm, supportive Saturday created specifically for parents and caregivers of children with special needs. This session is all about rest, connection, and real-life wellness—no pressure, no judgment, just community.✨
What to expect:
-A safe, welcoming space to exhale and be understood.
-Gentle wellness tools you can actually use in daily life
-Honest conversation with people who get it
A relaxed, judgment-free vibe focused on support—not fixing👶🏽 Bring the kids!We will have a supervised sensory room designed just for children with special needs, so you can fully participate while they enjoy a calm, engaging, and supportive environment of their own.
This is your reminder that you deserve care too—and you don’t have to choose between showing up for yourself and showing up for your child.
Come as you are. We’ll hold space for the rest. 💛

After the Anger Book
This book guides parents and caregivers through a month-long journey of emotional exploration and healing. Each day offers interactive activities, and strategies to help parents manage anger, grief, and frustration while strengthening their connection with their child. By the end of this interactive, guided workbook, parents will have developed healthier coping mechanisms, greater self-compassion, and a deeper understanding of their emotional needs.
